  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter xylitol-free
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes

Method
 

Step 1:
  1. Start by peeling and mashing the ripe banana in a mixing bowl until smooth. A fork works well for this.
Step 2:
  1. Add the Greek yogurt and xylitol-free peanut butter to the mashed banana. Mix well until the ingredients are fully combined into a creamy consistency. Stir in the unsweetened coconut flakes, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Step 3:
  1. Spoon the mixture into a silicone mold or ice cube tray. Smooth the tops with the back of a spoon, then place the mold into the freezer.
Step 4:
  1. Freeze for at least 3 hours, or until the treats are completely solid. Once frozen, pop the treats out and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
