Step 1:
- Start by peeling and mashing the ripe banana in a mixing bowl until smooth. A fork works well for this.
Step 2:
- Add the Greek yogurt and xylitol-free peanut butter to the mashed banana. Mix well until the ingredients are fully combined into a creamy consistency. Stir in the unsweetened coconut flakes, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Step 3:
- Spoon the mixture into a silicone mold or ice cube tray. Smooth the tops with the back of a spoon, then place the mold into the freezer.
Step 4:
- Freeze for at least 3 hours, or until the treats are completely solid. Once frozen, pop the treats out and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
