  • 20 oz chicken livers rinsed and trimmed
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes peeled and chopped into small cubes
  • 2 cups plain canned pumpkin no added sugar or spices
  • 2 cups water

Method
 

Step 1:
  1. Rinse the chicken livers and trim any connective tissue. Peel and dice sweet potatoes into small, bite-sized pieces.
Step 2:
  1. In a large pot, combine chicken livers, chopped sweet potatoes, canned pumpkin, and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20–25 minutes, or until the livers are fully cooked and sweet potatoes are soft.

  1. Stir in the cooked brown rice and mix well. Let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes to combine flavors.
Step 4:
