Step 1:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
Step 2:
- Place the trimmed beef liver in a blender or food processor. Pulse until it becomes a smooth paste. If it’s too thick, add a small amount of vegetable oil to help blend.
Step 3:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, rolled oats, eggs, and blended liver mixture. Stir until well combined into a thick batter-like consistency. It should be spreadable, not too runny.
Step 4:
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking sheet (about 1/4 inch thick). Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes or until firm and dry. Once cooled, cut into small bite-sized squares using a knife or pizza cutter.
