  • ½ cup pumpkin puree plain, unsweetened
  • 1 ½ cups oat flour or blended rolled oats
  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter no xylitol

Method
 

Step 1:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Step 2:
  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana. Add the pumpkin puree and peanut butter, mixing until well combined. Stir in oat flour and optional cinnamon to form pliable dough.
